I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my tour
If you didn't receive a confirmation email after booking a tour, you can find and join any of your upcoming tours from your "My Trips" page. You'll just need to:
- Log into Heygo.com
- Tap the circle with your initials or avatar in the top-right corner of the homepage
- Tap "My Trips"
- Tap the tour you'd like to join, and select "Join now" if the tour is underway
Then make sure you check the spam folder for your email address to make sure your tour confirmation didn't end up there. If it did, simply click the "Not spam" button for that email and it won't happen again.
